I offer THE MOST affordable, at home, complete, medical transcription course on the market today.

My course is a correspondence course entirely done at home, so is available nationwide. It can be done online for those with access to a computer, or through the mail, your choice.

Why is this course soooo much cheaper than every other transcription course out there?

I am currently employed full time as a medical transcriptionist working from home. I get told every day how lucky I am to work from home, and asked by various people if they can do what I do too. The bottom line is, anyone can type (well not everyone), but the key to being a Medical Transcriptionist is knowing the medical terminology. So I have put together this course to teach medical terminology AND medical transciption, and made it affordable to anybody who wants to take it. I e-mail all documents required for learning, or send via mail, so there are no extra costs for textbooks, and I have no salaries to pay for teaching, so I don't need to charge an arm and a leg for this course.

ABOUT THE COURSE

This course consists of medical anatomy and terminology modules and audio portions (physician dictation). After successfully completing the anatomy and terminology portion, you then go through extensive training with actual physician reports (fictitious patients, of course).

You will need to purchase a foot pedal to play the digital files. Be certain it has the capability to play .wav files. I can give you the names of some types of foot pedals when the time comes to get it.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Try Lesson 1, Basic Word Structure, free of charge before making any payments. After completing Lesson 1, payment is required before continuing further into course.
